Made in Minot

Living in Minot has been a pleasantly surprising and delightful experience for me. It seems that every person, farmer to musician, has something to offer: a helping hand, a kind conversation, or a lesson to listen and learn from. I am happy to join in and offer something special to Minot.

Only Three Ingredients

Since I make and package them here in town, there is no need for preservatives, interstate transportation, or warehousing like many store-bought bars. Their crisp, freshness comes naturally and gets to shine alongside the flavor-profile. There are only three ingredients: cacao nibs, cacao butter, and sugar. All ingredients are organic.

Single Origin

Origin specific chocolate has a flavor profile that is distinguishable due to the particular growing location’s environment (similar to how North Dakota durum wheat may take on different flavor, appearance, and textural characteristics than durum wheat grown in Kansas).

I use very limited ingredients so that the chocolate’s character can speak for itself.
